This wood burning stove is actually at my in laws house. We had one in our last home in California, and I am really missing it right about now. It may have been a lot of work, but the smells, textures, and thrill of actually getting it going were irreplaceable by any gas fireplace (No offense to gas...it has it's proper place in the kitchen.)
you never cease to amaze me, ms. alina! again, hypnotically beautiful. these colors you capture! it's interesting that on first impact the woodburning stove came off to me as a radiant midnight blue.
