Welcome to my new blog...

Announcing the arrival of "me" to the web. You have arrived at my newest endeavor to keep in touch with all those I love. This is just a test to see if I am on. I look forward to keeping you all in tune to the fabulous adventures of matt and alina.

Hey Alina!!
I saw you posted on Maryanne's blog and just wanted to say HI!!! How are you?! Seriously, you better get dishing soon. Can't wait to hear what you two are up to. We have two blogs, one my Matt mostly keeps up: famdamilynews.blogspot.com and the one we have for our new BABY (crazy, isn't it?!), Brighton, and my personal favorite: minismith.blogspot.com. Hope you can check them out :0)
Love ya,
Amy Claire

Okay, it's me again. Responding to your comments on my blog. What's your email address, by the way? That'd be better than posting a bunch of personal stuff on here...like what songs you used to sing in the shower before class in the morning that April and I would overhear...ha, ha...just kidding!

I would LOVE to come see you guys when we're in CA for Christmas!! Let's try to work something out!! Maybe on our way driving back up to Santa Cruz? What about Tuesday, December 27th? Our flight leaves the next morning, but we could stop by that Tuesday a.m. and hang out all day, then head up to Santa Cruz! I would love to see you and Brookie!!

As for blogging, some people love it, some people don't. I find the more frequently I write, the more frequently people read, so that's an incentive. But mostly, my family and friends don't live near us and I want them to see Brighton as he grows and hear about his life and mine...without having to write tons of personal emails all the time. Yeh, I know, lazy. But I also just love to write and this is one small way to keep that up. You better get crankin' chica cause I want to hear about your new Cali life!!

Love,
AC
