I started washing some of the clothes we have received for Karis. I thought I would share with you what I saw when I opened up my washer tonight. Practically everything was some shade of pink...much, much more pink than this family has ever seen the likes of before. I just giggled to myself realizing how much life is about to change!

What a sweet picture. Evie's laundry was my favorite thing to do while she was in NICU. Ben and I would do a load everynight and snuggle her little clothes (and cry:) Babbies make certain chores so precious! All that pink looks fabulous in you washer! ~Meg
Dearest Alina--I so enjoyed talking with you today--It certainly sounds like you are pulling all the details together for our Karis to be warmly and lovingly welcomed. I am so excited for the 3 of you---and us! I saw the picture this morning but didn't have time to respond--but I have to say, it made me miss being with ya'll and feeling as though I was peering in your washer with you. (Probably because we did a load of clothes in that washer in Nov). What an unique and great picture!!! When Kelly was born, suddenly pink was one of my favorite colors. Take care....Love, Mama K
can't wait to visit and see all those pink clothes! see you soon!!
i once wore a pink shirt to class when i was teaching high school and these two hip hop kids said "that shi(r)t is hot, mista" I said, "thanks, now write your journal." It was all the rage to wear pink, they would wear giant oversized pink t-shirts with pink old school nike shoes.
i'm excited for you guys. i do hear that life completely changes. your pics in the black and white shirt are beautiful.
Just wait until she and her sister are arguing over pink cups, pink toothbrushes, pink ponies, pink blankets, pink shirts, etc...
Girls are great fun! (Esp. in the clothes department)
